NEW BUG - Mermaid Shell Pin Glitch - Unable To Wear??

I recently found a bug with the new pin that just came out! Some info on the bug:


You cannot wear the item -- If you go to your inventory and look for the pin, it wouldnt be in there
If you try to obtain the item again, it would say that you already have it.
If you check after that, it still wouldn't be there
